RETURNS POLICY
FAULTY ITMES
We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notfied within 14 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
We are able to do this on the proviso that when lodging your return you select ‘Arrived defective’, a description of the fault, and upload an image.
This will then be assessed by our customer service team and a free returns label will be provided. Faulty Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by our warehouse.
EXCHANGES POLICY
Exchanges are available, if returned within 15 days of delivery. All returns will automatically be issued a Store Credit (that will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size). We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Please take due care when trying on any product/s. (Item/s manually defected/ that does not comply with our returns policy will be declined/ returned). We do not issue store credit or refund on original shipping charges.
CONDITION OF RETURN
All shoes & bags must be returned:
- In original undamaged shoebox
- In the same condition, as delivered to you,
- Shoes must be tried on indoors/ soft floor.
