PURCHASES & PAYMENTS
Customers must provide House of Timaj with complete and accurate details when making purchases. House of Timaj is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs related to international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. House of Timaj is not responsible for varying currency conversion rates charged by customers’ banks.
You may opt to have your payment processed through PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal website where a payment method can be selected. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to shop with House of Timaj.
Afterpay service is available on Australian orders only. At checkout, customers will be redirected to the Afterpay website to complete the transaction. To be eligible for Afterpay, customers must have an existing Australian Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card, over 18 years of age, live in Australia. Customers will receive an invoice confirming the order once House of Timaj receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the House of Timaj staff, this means you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
- Customers are unable to ammend or cancel orders once the order is placed.
- Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.

FRAUD
House of Timaj takes every measure against credit card fraud. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, House of Timaj will contact the Customer to confirm certain details. If the Customer refuses to respond with the required information, House of Timaj reserves the right to cancel the order. House of Timaj is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as a result of a cancelled order
CANCELLATION
House of Timaj reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.
